On Friday, August 19, 2022, MM Ubaya attended the Indonesian Master of Management Program Alliance (APMMI) Sharing Session held in Surakarta (Solo). This event aims to share and strengthen the learning outcomes of all MM graduates in Indonesia. The first session began with sharing the experience of LAMEMBA (Independent Accreditation Institute for Economics, Management, Business, and Accounting) accreditation delivered by Siska Noviaristanti, Ph.D., with Amin Wibowo, Ph.D. as moderator. Siska conveyed her experience as the first institution to be accredited by LAMEMBA. Siska said that there was a fundamental change with the accreditation system where the instrument used a qualitative approach, so a good understanding was needed to interpret the instrument. The next session was about graduate learning outcomes for all MM study programs in Indonesia, delivered by Dr. Werner R. Murhadi, and moderated by Retno Tanding S, Ph.D. Werner said that all MM study programs in Indonesia have the same minimum standard qualifications.

The general attitudes and skills qualifications have been regulated by the Minister of Education and Culture Decree (Permendikbud) No. 3 of 2020. Meanwhile, the study program forum determines the special knowledge and skills qualifications, whereas, for MM, it is determined by APMMI. The minimum standard for knowledge is that all the MM study program graduates must master the science, theory, and conceptual framework of management and business. As for special skills, the minimum standard is that every graduate can apply knowledge, theory, and conceptual frameworks of management and business with an inter or multi-disciplinary approach; and solve organizational problems through business and management studies.

By determining the learning outcomes of these graduates, it is hoped that all MMs in Indonesia possess the same minimum standard qualifications. This event was continued with a gathering session among 59 MM study programs in Indonesia who are APMMI members.
