ADINURANI (Asah Budi Ajar Nurani), which was held on 05-06 February 2021 this time carries the theme “Cakra Manggilingan,” which means that life is dynamic like a spinning wheel, so a strong mentality is needed so as not to feel high when praised and not fall when cursed. In Sanskrit, Cakra means disc or wheel, while Manggilingan in Javanese means grinding, which means spinning or grinding. Thus, the term Cakra Manggilingan is interpreted as life is like a spinning wheel, combining the meaning of struggle and humble character. In addition, the tagline raised in this activity is “Triwikrama,” which means bringing together the three forces within the past, the present, and the future. By living the Triwikrama, one should be able to take lessons both in the past and present to welcome a better future. The ADINURANI activity itself lasted for two days using the Zoom application. On the first day held on Friday, 05 February 2021, new students watched the UBAYA introduction video and were given a briefing regarding the learning process at UBAYA Postgraduate by each KPS. MM and Maksi alum speakers are also presented to encourage students to develop soft and hard skills and expand their networking during lectures. The speaker also provided tips on studies, especially for new students with other activities such as working. At the end of the first day, the BPH LC introduced new students to the Leadership Club organization by sharing the ups and downs of joining the Leadership Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second day was held on Saturday, 06 February 2021. Today, students are provided with material related to FBE values: knowledge, wisdom, & integrity. Then in the next session, new students were briefed on using various platforms provided by UBAYA, such as ULS, MyUbaya, and Gooaya. In addition, new students are also introduced to Elib, which can help with lecture assignments to find paid journals. The last material given to new students was related to Cakra Manggilingan in life. In this session, participants were asked to share about ‘Cakra Manggilingan’ in their respective lives. At the end of the event, participants were asked to give testimonials on ADINURANI activities that had taken place over two days, and there was a “most impressive participant” reward given to 2 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
