ROLE MODELS WITHOUT DEBT

On Saturday, April 3, 2021, the Leadership Club (LC) Postgraduate FBE UBAYA held a webinar, “Be a Role Model Without Debt,” presented by Pak Cipto Junaedy, the creator of the debt-free Strategy and Dr. Werner R. Murhadi, SE, MM, CSA as an academic respondent.

Mr. Cipto Junaedy himself is an alumnus of FBE UBAYA class of 1992 who has taken part at the national level by creating the B25 Strategy book, Strategy for buying businesses & franchisees without money without debt, Strategy for purchasing much property without money without debt, and 101 times daily scathing words. Almost 150 participants attended this webinar seminar.

Can we live without debt? Can we buy a house without debt? Pak Cipto Junaedy answers all those questions! Here is a brief discussion from Mr. Cipto 

Living without debt is possible. However, some habits in society kill our spirit, hindering us from reaching our goals. We can buy things without debt even though we are not from a wealthy family. The habit of giving is better than receiving because by giving, we can get 2 x more than what we give. Not only that, but we must also dare to take advantage of every existing gap to be more advanced than others.

“Debt is dangerous because income is uncertain, but expenses are certain,” concludes Mr. Werner, “but debt can be useful when used for productive assets,” he adds.
