FGD with UPN Veteran Jatim

On Friday, 9 September 2022, at Ibis Styles, a Focus Group Discussion was held by MM UPN Veteran Jatim to review the vision, mission, and competencies of graduates of the Master of Management Study Program. The sole speaker was Dr. Werner R. Murhadi, KPS MM Ubaya. This discussion aims to help the same understanding among MM study programs members of APMMI (Alliance of Indonesian Master of Management Programmes). The discussion began by describing the competencies of graduates regulated by the National Higher Education Standards (SNPT) and the standards of competence of graduates held by similar study program forums. Graduate competencies in the form of General Attitudes and Skills refer to the rules the Minister of Education sets. In contrast, Special Knowledge and Skills refer to the graduate competencies set by APMMI as a forum for MM study program managers in Indonesia. The discussion was interesting, until how to reduce the vision-mission to the learning outcomes of graduates and then concretized in the course. Collaboration between MM study programs to improve the quality of MM in Indonesia is the main focus of APMMI at this time.
