ABEST21 Re-accreditation

This year is the time for MM FBE Ubaya to conduct international re-accreditation from the ABEST21 institution. The re-accreditation began with making a self-evaluation report form sent in May 2022. After that, the visitation process took place online. The online visitation was scheduled for two days, September 21-22, 2022, with reviewers: Prof. Itoh (ABEST21), Dr. Mohd Ridzuan Darun (Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia), Prof. Dr. Hirotaka KAWANO (Kyoto University, Japan), and Prof. Dr. David Paul Elia Saerang (Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Indonesia). The visitation was conducted to check the suitability of what was reported in writing with various stakeholders to get a comprehensive picture of MM. The alumni invited for interview were Ferry Sugianto (2011 class alumnus who is currently taking his Ph.D. at National Chung Chen University Taiwan); Rico T (2015 class alumnus who is co-founder & COO of www.komunal.co.id); and Reyzan Imanda (2015 class alumnus who is COO & CMO of Karadenta House of Beauty). In addition to interviews with alumni, interviews were also conducted with students represented by 2021 class students, namely Elvina Yohana Santoso; Lavenia Santoso; and Dwi Wahyu Pagau.

After going through a 2-day process, MM FBE Ubaya is now waiting for ABEST21’s decision and hopes for the best results for the MM FBE Ubaya academic community.
